FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is included in the class price?

The class fee covers all materials, tools, and instruction needed for one person to complete the project. Every participant must have their own ticket unless otherwise specified (Date Night, Mommy and Me, etc)

What time should I arrive?

Workshops will start on time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. 

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

All sales are final, and refunds will not be issued. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person. You may also email craftcamps@gmail.com to check if there is a waitlist for potential swaps.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope! All materials are provided. Just bring yourself and a willingness to get creative!

What should I wear?

Some crafts can be a little messy, so wear something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a little paint or glue on.

Can I bring my own supplies?

You’re welcome to bring your own tools or embellishments, but all required materials will be provided. If you have specific preferences, feel free to reach out in advance.

Are the classes beginner-friendly?

Yes! Our classes are designed to be enjoyable for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned crafters.

Is there an age requirement?

Most classes are geared toward adults, but some may be open to teens. Check individual class descriptions for age requirements.

Can I request to be seated with someone?

Absolutely! If multiple tickets are purchased on the same transaction, we will automatically seat those together. If you and a friend sign up separately, e-mail craftcamps@gmail.com with your names and we’ll make sure you’re next to each other. 

Can I book a private class or event?

Yes! Private events are available for birthdays, team-building, girls’ nights, and more. Email craftcamps@gmail.com for details.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By registering for and participating in this craft class, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Assumption of Risk:
    I understand that participation in craft activities may involve the use of tools, adhesives, sharp objects, or other materials that could cause injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

  2. Release of Liability:
    I release and hold harmless Liz Bland, Linda Lane LLC dba Craft Camp NWA, Rick's Bakery, and its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from injury, loss, or property damage that may occur during or as a result of the class.

  3. Medical Treatment:
    In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorize the class instructor or staff to seek medical assistance on my behalf if necessary.

  4. Photo Release:
    I understand that photos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes. By attending, I grant permission for my image to be used in marketing materials, social media, or other promotional content unless I request otherwise in writing.

Non-Refundable Policy: I acknowledge that class fees are non-refundable. If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my ticket to another person or contact craftcamps@gmail.com to inquire about
